Start Eating to Beat Cancer Today

Eating to beat cancer is not a new concept. By searching the internet you will find many pioneers that have bravely taken the alternative route to beat cancer and succeeded. Who hasn’t heard of ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’ a famous quote from Hippocrates? Also, the healing properties of food have been reported by cultures worldwide throughout history. However, the past decade has presented an explosion of clinical research to show specifically what health benefits individual foods can offer, identifying the various nutrients and phytochemicals associated with these benefits.

Research is now showing that certain foods have properties that can starve microscopic cancers that develop in our bodies all the time. These are anti-angiogenesis properties which means they cut off the blood supply that feeds cancer. Foods like cooked tomatoes, sprouted greens, and fermented soy.
